CrossFit on board Fort George G. Meade

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on constantly varied, if not random, functional exercise executed at high intensity.

CrossFit Fort Meade aims to bring the CrossFit methods to service members based on Fort George G. Meade, Maryland with a goal of increasing the fitness of the individuals, thereby increasing the capabilities of their military units.

We're outdoors, under-equipped, and only slightly organized.

But where there is will and opportunity we will act, and run, throw, squat, press, burpee, dip, pull, carry, drag, jump and well... you get the picture.

For more information on the program check out the free issue of the CrossFit Journal below, or contact John at:

Alternatively you can just come to our meet-up work outs, always free for Department of Defense military, civilians, or dependents, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at noon.

If is your first CrossFit Fort Meade workout please come early by at least 10 minutes so that we can review some basics as well as talk about your health and fitness levels.
